spent over a decade helping hockey players of all ages and abilities perform at their highest level. For
some that is a career in the NHL, for others it is just making the AAA team and for others it is being
competitive in the 'beer league'. It really does not matter to me what league you play in; what matters

Think you need to make big changes to
improve your game?
Really, you want to know how the UGT has helped me out on the ice? You want to

my flexibility and not being sore as much the day after. Small steps and consistency is the key to

Being an Adult goalie in California there are few ways to increase your strength or stamina besides
just "going to the gym" What sold me was your questions right on the site. "Do you have a chest
day, leg day, etc" That was me completely. Since I've started to work your workouts into my routine
I can definitely tell I am able to recover from games quicker and not feel "so sore" the next day.
The advice I have gotten from being able to use your program has helped me so much. The stretching
and flexibility techniques are my favorite. Paying a personal trainer out here would have resulted

I live in Mountain View, CA and am 37 years young. I am currently playing in the A level Adult
League out of San Mateo, CA. I have games on Monday nights, then 2 practices Tuesday and Thursday
