Think you need to make big changes to improve your game?

Being an Adult goalie in California there are few ways to increase your strength or stamina besides just "going to the gym" What sold me was your questions right on the site. "Do you have a chest day, leg day, etc" That was me completely. I live in Mountain View, CA and am 37 years young. I am currently playing in the A level Adult League out of San Mateo, CA. I have games on Monday nights, then 2 practices Tuesday and Thursday (being a private one). I also play in 2 pick-up games on Wednesday and Friday. After asking a few trainers/athletes about proper stretching and warm-up exercises that are recommended for goalies, I given a few good ones but nothing that would show any significant changes during a game so I took my search to the web.
